You have the option to BYO beverages with no corkage charge and our team will take care of handling your beverages. Our delicious banquet-style menus include all staff and tableware. The Sudbury Events Manager will assist with your planning process and you can even hold your rehearsal here. There are no hidden costs! It’s a one-stop shop offering you incredible value at one of New Zealand’s premier venues.

On your wedding day, you can make your vows under the imposing pergola which perfectly frames the breathtaking views down the valley. In inclement weather, the rustic Hay Barn with romantic fairy lights is available for your ceremony.

Afterwards, your guests can mingle on our Entertainment Terrace which is perched on the ridge and even boasts a Selfie Deck! We can set up a variety of games including The Shooting Range, Clay Shooting, Archery and Giant Jenga. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the farm’s stunning photo trail with its abundance of backdrops or head down to the dramatic west coast beach with views of Kapiti Island which is just a few minutes down the road. We will provide a bridal hamper for you to take on your photo shoot so why not have a picnic as you shoot? You may even choose to use one of the beautiful Sudbury horses to feature in your photos.

Dinner in the Stables is a magnificent occasion, brimming with charm and character. You’ll love our chic bathrooms, stylish furniture, superior tableware, and fantastic service. You can boogie the night away under the stars on our fabulous outside dance floor while your band or DJ plays from the Old Caravan Stage. There is also the magnificent outdoor fireplace in the Courtyard Garden where you can sit in front of a blazing fire and enjoy some post-dinner chat or perhaps toast a marshmallow or two!

Just a couple of minutes walk from The Stables is the luxurious Cottage 103 which sleeps five. It’s perfect for the bride and her bridesmaids to stay in the night before and get ready there on the day. We can service the Cottage during your wedding and then, at the end of the night, we will give you a lantern to light your way back to the Cottage. With its open fire, French doors, beautiful linen and incredible cedar hot tub surrounded by fairy lights, it is the most romantic spot for your special night.

There are heaps of gorgeous beach holiday houses within a five-minute drive for your guests and organising a bus to do door-to-door pickup and drop-off couldn’t be easier.
