Ricky De Medeiros

I’m from Brazil, born in 1982 and I have been playing the guitar since the year 2000. I’ve been a part of several bands, performing for over 10 years now. The styles ranged from Rock to Pop, from Classical to Flamenco and Bossa-Nova. However, other Latin styles such as Tango, Bolero, Lambada, Salsa and different Brazilian rhythms have contributed to the development of my musical identity.

When I’m playing, my sweet spot is getting lost into the music, to create energy out of thin air, to bring it from inside and transform environments. I also pride myself on creating smooth soothing moods, it will feel to you just like caressing a baby’s skin. I will invite you to reach a higher ground and hover as I passionately interpret a slow paced song.

I see myself moving crowds and affecting them deeply through the sounds extracted straight from my soul. In the near future I'm committed to get a rewarding contract with a music label, tour around this beautiful world and record my very best new album every year. I want to touch move and inspire you.
