The Sapphire Room is the perfect venue for an intimate urban wedding.

Imagine your special day right in the heart of hip Ponsonby Central.

The recycled wooden floors give The Sapphire Room the feel of a cool urban loft. Alive with natural light its industrial windows showcase expansive views across the rooftops to the distant Waitakeres. You can keep it spare or dress it to the max, this is a unique space where you can put your own individual stamp on your wedding. There is furniture for hire, in-house audio/visual equipment and any number of caterers on-site within Ponsonby Central.

The Sapphire room is a versatile space that is perfect for parties, weddings, corporate events, off-site meetings and everything in-between.

Oversized barn doors can separate the venue into two spaces, hire one or both depending on your numbers and event needs. There's also a hidden backroom which can serve as a cloakroom, a place for hair and makeup or storage.

Our venue is a naked hire... so you will need to source your own glassware etc. but we offer a fully functioning kitchen, built-in sound system and some furniture comes free of charge with the venue and then we have a selection of other furniture for hire, if required.

Sapphire One includes access to the full kitchen; perfect for your caterers and bartenders, or a breakout room for larger events. While both rooms feel spacious, Sapphire One is the smaller of the two rooms, suited to more intimate social gatherings. Recycled wood floors give that urban loft feel while being in the heart of Ponsonby. Hire Sapphire One on its own or the whole venue if you are planning a larger event.

The larger of the two rooms at 130m2, Sapphire Two provides an ideal neutral space to stage a conference, wedding, training seminar or team building exercise.
