Aaron’s passion for Catalonian cuisine grew after 8 years of playing rugby league in Perpignan Southern France. Aaron completed a 2-year apprenticeship under Spanish chef Senor Joan Collado in a small village at the foot of the Pyrénées. His dream to bring the unique flavours and taste experience of Catalan back home saw Aaron returning home to establish Paella Pan in 2004.
