Amaranto Pasta and Cucina

### Italian cuisine is our specialty. **Our kitchen is a medley of recipes from Piemonte, Marche, and Campania.** We use free-range and organic ingredients, Italian where available to keep the flavors as authentic as possible. Did we mention all our menu is gluten-free? Amaranto is not a classic food truck nor just a catering. Our vintage caravan is a fully equipped kitchen on wheels: we cook our pasta at the moment, no matter what the location or the type of event. We can set up almost anywhere, as long as there is a flat spot and enough space for us to maneuver the truck in position. We can provide different services, from a classic Italian long lunch with multiple courses to a food truck style with an Italian street food service and the option to choose between a sit-down meal with a sharing platter or pick up the food from the truck. We can also set up an antipasto table and desserts. We are available for travel between Auckland and Whangarei.
