Angela’s influence within New Zealand’s makeup scene includes collaborations with industry titans like Chanel and MAC cosmetics. Her creative touch has graced numerous magazine shoots, commercials, and television productions, including the iconic Shortland Street.
Beyond domestic borders, Angela has left her mark on diverse fashion weeks, showcasing her adeptness in fashion makeup. Her talents have been showcased backstage at prestigious events like The British Lycra Awards, The L'oreal Hair Awards, and Fashions Rocks, a grand spectacle hosted by the Prince’s Trust in London.
Embarking on a new chapter in 2003, Angela embarked on a London adventure, where her artistry flourished across a range of projects. From contributing to the revival of Alfie starring Jude Law and Sienna Miller to working behind the scenes at the Hammersmith Apollo for Missy Elliot’s concert, and even engaging with the US television show Entertainment Tonight, Angela’s portfolio became enriched with global experiences.
Returning to her roots in New Zealand, Angela continued her journey as a freelance makeup artist. Simultaneously, she embraced a role as a core tutor at The Makeup School in Ponsonby, Auckland. Over a span of four and a half years, Angela nurtured budding talents in fashion and beauty makeup, sharing her wealth of artistry wisdom to shape the upcoming generation of makeup artists.
Presently, Angela thrives as an Auckland-based freelance makeup artist. Her work takes her beyond city limits, as she frequently embarks on journeys to fulfil an array of makeup assignments.
