Kewpie is one of two charter boats available in the Tauranga. We offer a unique experience for your special event. We have a range of services available aboard the Kewpie Charter Vessel - A team dedicated to looking after you and ensuring the experience of a life time. Kewpie offer a 2-3 hour cruise (this may be discussed further if required). We offer a spacious cruise with the ability to carry up to 65 guests. For larger events we also offer a collaboration with the Bay Explorer Vessel.

We offer a range of onboard catering options partnering with Pluto Catering & Kiwi Spit Roast.

Kewpie has a significant history being built in Opua Bay Of Islands in 1953. The hull is the original native Kauri. Originally a commercial vessel famous for commuting the cream run. Eventually it was also used as a ferry to & from Russell. Kewpie became one of the most popular tourist attractions in New Zealand. Kewpie is named after the famous Ted Kewbit.

Kewpie now offers public harbour cruises - a popular tourist attraction. And private cruises for corporate functions & Private events.
