We also have an equally awe-inspiring 24ft smoker trailer. These are also supported by one of our versatile chiller trucks. Our catering is buffet-style and we provide all staff and cutlery. You can choose a catering menu or can tailor a menu. We can provide for vegetarians and gluten-free guests also.
