I have loads of experience in bulk cooking a beautiful buffet set-up from start to finish to ensure your event wows, creating delicious cafe cabinet food, baking sweet treats, creating grazing platters, ready-to-eat meals and much more! In my previous role, I was Parklane’s food service and event manager. In this role, I developed the skills to be ready to launch my own catering company bringing quality products, local suppliers and the freshest ingredients.
