Step one is right here. We invite you to get to know us as photographers, our work and our work ethic (quite important this one). You'll see a few samples here, then take a closer look at the website. As well as liking the photos of course, it’s well worth having a read of the about page. If you were to ask me for advice I would say, choose a photographer that you like as a person. The photos may be fantastic but if you don’t resonate with someone, it’s really difficult to love their work as an artist when that art is all about you. In light of that, what are we like? We’re Matt and Jo, colleagues in another role, both with a wealth of experience in the photographic industry. Portraiture, weddings, event coverage and more. We started LD Photography with the idea that the sum is greater than the total of the individual parts – synergy. It’s about pooling our skills and working with people to create images that we love. First and foremost it's about creating beautiful images that are worthy of your big occasion. Backing up up those big words we understand that we need to be there for you, listen to you and be responsive to your needs. We'll guide you where we can and keep the line of communication open. And every bit as important, we take pride in our craft as photographers. Once you’ve narrowed down your choice, let’s have a catch up. It’s only after we’ve met with you that we anticipate that you’d make a commitment and book it in. By then, we’ll be strangers no longer.
